About us
Ore Creek Development Corp. was founded in 1990 as a corporation in the state of Michigan. The sole owner of Ore Creek is Mike Kelly who has been a resident of Livingston County since 1960. Mike has a degree in engineering from Michigan State University and has been involved in construction since 1974. As a Livingston County builder, Ore Creek has constructed all or most of the homes in Hunters Pointe, Solitude Pointe, Solitude Meadows, and just starting in Timber Bluff. We are a relatively small building company that pays attention to detail. We are honest, and we care about our customers. We construct between 10 and 22 homes per year, mostly in subdivisions that we have developed from raw land. We have built homes for many repeat customers, business associates, and our friends.
