The project went very well from planning to clean up. This was not the first time I've had them work on my trees; I won't let anyone else touch them!

After several calls to the owner, he agreed to meet me on the 10th. I sent him a reminder text on the 9th. He failed to show to perform the work. He failed to answer his telephone. He failed to provide an explanation.

Quality work in a timely manner at an affordable price. Very responsive to all concerns. Took down eight trees without a hitch. They completed entire job in less than four hours.

When they came I had to leave for a couple of hours. When I returned they were in the process of cleaning up. I had no idea that they could work that fast. They had to work around electrical wires my garage and house, everything went well.

They accidentally did some damage because the tree was in an odd location. You can't tell now they repaired the damage and there is no sign. Looks great.

It was a difficult project even for pros. They misjudged a branch section and the tree fall destroyed some of my neighbor's property. RnK said they would make good and come back to fix the damage. It's coming up about two weeks since they finished the project and RnK still has not come back to fix the damage that they did. So now I have to step in and fix the damage to my neighbor's property to keep the peace between us. Otherwise, they did a fine job on a very difficult project. If they fixed the damage, they are a five star company.
