R&R Gutters were prompt in providing an estimate to install gutters on our new steel pole building. After obtaining a few other estimates, we decided to hire R&R to do the job. R&R were back to install the gutters a few days later and did an amazing job. We are very happy with the quality of their work, excellent customer service and value for the money. We scheduled three times, the first time he did not show and did not let us know. The second day we scheduled he did not show but long after his appt. time his wife let us know he was not coming. The third day we scheduled for noon, he arrived about 6PM and did the job.

Ron did some repair work for us as one of our gutters needed to be re-hung. We also discussed cleaning out and screening a gutter on another portion of the house. What impressed me the most was that he went ahead and replaced the second gutter at the same quoted bid price. We would use him again.

The job is not completed and cannot get a date for completion. Outstanding task is minor and should only take a very short time. This has been pending for quite some time and have called numerous times for update on completion but no follow thru. Its to bad such a minor task is influencing rating but could also be indicative of any needed follow up by others contemplating using this service.

"In reference to Joe Q. comments about our company-on 3/25/10 We were scheduled to put seamless raingutters on the front of his home, gutters were completed at 8pm AT NIGHT IN A RAINSTORM to his satisfaction. We noticed that the roofing was a little short and needed some flashing. Ron told Joe that he would come back and install flashing AT NO CHARGE when he was in the area. We have not been to Monroe yet. Joe feels the job is not complete. Maybe we should have charged him for the flashing too! We did not charge for removal or hauling old gutter away, we gave him a senior discount and dropped the price for him again due to another competitor."

Very nice install, gutters drained perfectly, put up solid. They were "Johnny On The Spot" - They called me within minutes of submitting my request for quote, they came when they said - they really wanted the work, unlike some of the others that took them several days to call me back for quotes.

Weather didn't cooperate, but once it did he was quick to come out and give me an estimate. Reasonable price. Unlike others, he was able to do the shingle and carpentry as well as the gutter. Good finished product.

They showed up in a timely manner and did a fantastic job ! Ron . The Owner, is a very personable guy and easy to work with years of experience. He not only did the estimating but he was also there for the installation along with his experienced assistant. The price was good and I would recommend R&R to anyone looking for quality work !

Wood Gutters - Repair
Owner was experienced, knowledgeable, and confident they could save my wood gutters on this historic home. Thank you! I don't know how well the job was priced given that I only was able to get one quote. Only time will tell as to how well the job holds up since I haven't been home when it has rained since the work was completed. I would use them again, but hopefully that won't be necessary for several years.

very profesional , very personable...knowlegdeable will be doing the work however when i noticed a problem and called the to fix it no one cam on one called I called again and he told me would be out and never showed so this is why I am updating this review
