Moving day completely ruined by Bruce and Shannon tripled my rates and caused me an incredible amount of stress and left with me no movers 2 days before my scheduled move. I cannot explain the unnecessary trauma this company has caused me.

The company called 2 days before our move and upped the price of storage by almost triple. They even changed our estimate on their website so when we clicked on the estimate link we agreed on we saw only the higher prices. They claimed a ?fired? employee gave us too low a price despite the salesman Bruce who bragged about the low price we were getting was because of him was the one who called us to raise the price. When we agreed to use a private storage they suggested instead of their storage they then told us we would have to pay thousands for moving blankets that were not charged if we used their storage. Stay away from this company. Whatever response they make to this they can?t deny what the truth is.

Movers arrived almost 3 hours late. I was charged a prorated fee from my old community for not returning my keys. The Movers completed the job at 9pm and I was charged an extra 300$ more for a few extra totes that wasn't on the list. I was only given the waived CC fee for the inconvenience, which I find distasteful and to top it off I only live 2 minutes from my original location. Management kept saying it was out of their control and things happens, and that they gave me an earlier move time, even though I explained to them that I wasn't able to get my new keys until 11am that's why I needed 1pm to 2pm time slot. This is outrageous and I will not recommend them to others.

The moving team was friendly, and although the move was complex (two sources, three destinations) they listened carefully and understood what needed to be done. They showed care with the items and helped assemble a large desk after moving it.
