There are not enough stars to rate this true professional. Allen is knowledgable, professional, thorough and complete. He leaves nothing out. If there is a problem in your home he will find it and flag it. We received a 46 page, in depth report of our new home with all the issues that need to be addressed.

I hired Roadrunner to inspect a new Townhouse that was just built. I wanted an impartial inspection that would be detailed and reasonably priced. The inspection completely met my expectations and was very informative. I learned so much about my new home and found out about many discrepancies that neeeded to be addressed prior to closing. The inspector was punctual, friendly and professional. Scheduling couldn't have been easier and the cost was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Allan did a great job at identifying safety and code issues in our new build home. He also pointed out several cosmetic issues that we wouldn't have noticed. He even took the time to help us learn things about the new home. Overal we are very satisfied with our inspection.
