If you really want to have a memorable relocation experience, then these relocation giants would do. A couple of weeks ago, I received a similar advice and I put it into action. Here I am very a happy and contented of the diligent relocation services that I was accorded. Hire them. You will definitely love these guys!

There is no other relocation company that can serve me with such diligence, humility and sense of dedication. Hiring them out was never in vain and will never be.

They werenâ t that cheap but they make sure to get me out. And they let me pay them all cash. In my line of work I deal with a lot of cash so it made it easier for me. Props big ups you guys are the realist. Great experience overall!

They were able to take me through the relocations in an amazing way. Thanks for being there for me! That was great and I enjoyed. Continue with that same spirit of diligence and dedication. You did a commendable job that is worth appreciating. Recommending these guys for any type of moves. Would book the again.

We got a great price and a friendly group of people to handle the move and we couldnâ t be happier. Call them yourself for a quote.

Do not use this company for long-distance moving. I choose this company after Steve came to my home to give me a quote. He was very friendly, disparaged the other moving companies he saw pamphlets for, and gave a decent quote. The pressure than started to commit that same day, which would secure our moving date. Very little communication between that high-pressure visit and the day the packers showed up. For a full 2400 sq ft house, they brought a smaller 18-foot truck to load my belongings into. (First red flag) They took that truck back to their campus mid-day, unloaded, and returned to pack up the second half. (Second red flag.) They explained this was so the semi did not have to go over the weight station near our home and assured us that our belongings were going straight onto that waiting semi to head out. My belongings went into storage, which was not in the agreement, as my belongings were not packed properly for storage, not was it in or agreement. We accepted delivery 6 days later. This was later than expected, and during my phone calls checking in with the company they assured me my load was on the way. The driver charged us extra for a long carry on top of the final cash payment, though I declared everything about the move originally. After 3 hours of unpacking, the driver casually said, we are almost done, I do not have your full load. After many calls to get through to dispatch on a Saturday, they confirmed the rest of my belongings were in their warehouse, waiting for another truck. I was told my load came in heavier than expected and needed to be split onto two trucks. I was assured the rest of my things were loaded and just waiting for that driver to take off. A week later, another truck arrived. This time with a 4ft plywood extension on the back of his semi piled high with my belongings under a tarp and my mothers glass china cabinet carelessly shoved under the side runners despite being labeled fragile repeatedly. Once again, midway through loading, the second driver told us, oh, this is not all of your stuff, we could not make it all fit. Cue more calls to dispatch. After 10 minutes on the phone with dispatch, they were able to local the rest of my belongings and assured me they would be in the next truck and I would have them in 3-4 days. It was at this point the second driver told the men unpacking the truck, they were not to take any wrappings off my furniture and not put the beds together, despite paying for full-service delivery. 20 days from initial loading, the last of my belongings I would recieve arrived. The driver called a day before and asked for payment, though the contract has been paid in full for the past 14 days. More speaking to dispatch before he would deliver. Also unwilling to unwrap any furniture. Many careless items noted along the way. The center supports of my metal bed frames were not wrapped, they were lost during transit, and some supports for the beds where lost. Weight plates for lifting loaded loose into the truck bed found some slid under the nest person belongings in the first truck, but ultimately lost both a 10lb and 25lb plate from our set. China cabinet, broken. Small refrigerator packed on its side despite marked directional arrows rendering it now useless. Lost bicycle. Tape stuck to wooden bookshelves ruining their finish. Several broken plastic tubs. Many dings/holes in other furniture from poor and repeated packing in and out of storage and trucks. A 3 inch scratch on the motorcycle from poor packing. Both bicycles that did arrive have bent fenders and gear plates. I repeat, would not recommend this company for your long-distance move.

Long story short we could not be happier with the service. If another move comes up in the future you are our company.

From the time the movers arrived they were very kind and polite and were extremely professional. They complied with every detail on our contract and I even ended up having several hundred dollars deducted from my total because it came out to less space on the truck. I expressed my gratitude for their professionalism and affordability. Will definitely work with them again.

Road Runner Moving did everything they said they would. Everybody in the office that we worked with we found to be excellent at what they do. They know every in and out when it comes to somebodyâ s move and they also understand each customer has different request and variables. Thanks again guys. Will never move on my own now!

As a disclaimer, I am still awaiting my shipment and the company is within the provided delivery time frame. I am ok with this considering I am moving from California to Texas. What is not acceptable is dishonesty. Roadrunner presents itself as a moving company but they are a broker. They will quote a low price but the ones who actually control pricing are the actual movers. If you are moving out of state, be aware that your household goods will pass through many hands in the process: they are loaded by one company, transferred into another company warehouse, then loaded to another company truck/freight, and later delivered by yet another company - none of them are Roadrunner. I am not even sure that Roadrunner employs more than 3-4 employees, and I doubt that they own a warehouse or moving trucks. When I asked the salesperson about some issues I read in their reviews, he blamed them on disgruntled ex-employees who lie which should have been a red flag, but I was desperate and short on time. My items were picked up two weeks ago and I have not been able to contact anyone at Roadrunner. I do not know where my furniture and household goods are, if they are in transit or when I can expect delivery. When I call the phone number on their website, I either get a busy tone or it rings forever. The only time I was able to speak to a human being, it was a receptionist who said she would ask the dispatch team to call me within 24 hours (they never did). They also have a form on the website you can fill out to request a status update, which I have requested 5 times to no avail. The only person I can contact is the salesperson who contracted me, who tells me he has forwarded it to management and says he cannot put me in touch with anyone else at Roadrunner. The actual crew that loaded my move was kind and pleasant to work with, but no one gave me a pickup window on the day they arrived. I got a call from my storage unit telling me there was a truck outside and that workers said they were there to empty my unit. The workers warned me that this company used to be called Polaris Moving Systems, which has some very unsavory reviews and complaints. I wonder if they changed their name after some kind of legal dispute. All in all, I am crossing my fingers and hoping they have not destroyed, sold, or lost my furniture or household goods. I am going on 3 weeks of sleeping on the floor and eating off paper plates while starting a new job. It is ludicrous that they cannot even answer the phone. Please do not hire Roadrunner. The stress is not worth the savings.
