I highly recommend Ky and his roofing company. One problem I’ve seen with many service contractors is that they take on more projects than they can properly manage. The owner may be involved at the beginning, then disappear and leave the crew to finish the job. **That was absolutely not my experience with Ky.** It started with his website. I filled out a simple form asking for a free estimate, and within minutes Ky responded. From that point forward, he stayed on top of everything. He arrived exactly when promised, inspected the roof, and walked me through the options—repair or full replacement. There was **no pressure, no long sit-down sales presentation, and no upselling.** He simply answered my questions, explained the best options, and let me decide. The estimate he sent was extremely detailed, clearly showing the work to be performed and the costs. When the work was scheduled, he gave me a specific date and arrival time—and was there right on time.

This crew came out and exceeded my expectations. I expected the work to take at least two days and they did it in one day. Tore my roof down to the wood decking and replaced everything rotten at no additional cost. Angi has so many different contractors to choose from but this company is top of my list
