I was given a great quote over the phone from one person. Then another person that showed up to my house gave me a higher quote, followed by a higher quote, and a higher quote, and a higher final price after the work was complete, which never gave me a choice to say "no" to the final price because the work was already done. Then they "bombed" my house to supposedly (90% of the time, they said) get rid of the horrible smells. It did not work AT ALL. They took much longer than they said they would, making me late for appointment. I am completely unhappy with the service
