Three men handled a 35foot tree. They dropped it on the lawn exactly in the right spot. I got it on video

I hired RT Contracting (same owner as RT Mowing) to tear down my garage, install a deck and repair my steps. I had no reason to believe these tasks were beyond his worker & abilities (the worker is his relative) until I saw the projects in progress. The company owner got involved when I called the Town inspector. The inspector wrote a long report about all the codes that were ignored and broken, and took pictures. The company owner refunded some of the money I sank into this so I wouldn't sue. At the time, I did not know the extent of the damage to my property and accepted. I had to start the project completely over with a different contractor and lost time and a great deal of money. Because I cannot sue, I am writing an honest review. I have documentation and spoke to the business owner about this review. I do not want anyone else to go through this.

Great customer service. He called before and after the work and sent pictures. I will continue to work with him
