The quality was poor. The fence looks like it was rushed. There are many large gaps in places and several posts are loose. He billed me for 3 gates and only installed two. One fence rubs against the house siding and the other has a gap the size of my hand in order to get to the latch. Service after the job frustrating. I called and texted several times before he responded he would come back to make repairs. He did not show. I again called and left messages before he finally responded that he forgot he said he would be back Saturday. The repairs he made were to place new screws in the latches and left. Again he said he would be back the next week to fix the remaining issues but did not show. Again I texted him. I am very frustrated that even after the 2 return visits, the post still rubs against my siding and the post is very wobbly. I would not recommend this company for any service. There are nice when they speak to you when it came to getting things done, but when I asked a question and when my son asked the same question, we were given different answers. My son and will now have to make the repairs ourselves. I was also told I would be reimbursed for the gate he did not build. I did not receive this or a receipt for payment.

The project was delayed from the start and we were left in the dark for the majority of it by the owner himself. Multiple times he made time commitments and did not follow through, and I ended up having to be the one doing the followup to make sure things were happening as agreed. The project took much longer than was communicated, and there were multiple quality issues that had to be addressed. The project did not seem very organized and was not well executed. However, on the last day of the project, 2 new crew members showed up and fixed the quality issues I raised, finished the last part of the fence and now it looks great. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company and will not do business with them again.

They performed in a professional way at all times. They identified additional work required for a good job, priced it reasonably and performed it in a timely way. I would hire them again for work in their specialty.

I had a damaged fence due go a recent storm. Mr. Smith was very timely in his response to my inquiry as well as showing up to bid the job and ultimately to make the repairs. He also did some extras outside the original repair. His work is excellent and I would recommend him highly.

Rod Smith did an excellent job appying mulch around our house. His prices are very reasonable. We will recommend him to our friends.

Rob when out to give me a quote same day and did job two days later. Was was pleasure to work with and would def use again or recommend.

I feel her did an awesome job and he was very kind. There was no major issues but he did not clean the areas well. We had 1 full lawn bag of yard waste to clean after he had left for the day. I feel he should go over all areas before leaving because this could be a major issue if it were a bigger job.

He was with us every step of the way. I was very impressed with this young man. He did a good job for.
