I followed Rob's recommendation on my sewer and found I did not need additional work. His staff was very professional. They explained the process and in the end it was a good day for me. My pass situations with sewer work always ended with big bills. Not so with Rob West Plumbing.

I should have asked what a service call cost before they came. It seemed high, but i did not compare. I will next time. They were responsive and did a great job. I would use them again after I called around and checked if they are within a comparable range.

After an unsuccesful attempt to break clog in drain, he told me to change all pipes, grease trap, drain is not clogged and charged $180 for 20 min. Problem not solved, turned to be $3000 project by Robwest. I just went Home Depot , bought drain pipe grease clog opener for $15. Job is done.

We spoke to this customer and resolved the issue. This customer was never charged $3000.00 for anything, he was given a quote for a different job which he decided not to have performed. Customer agreed to remove review.

They get to the project fast, they plan the projec t ahead of time, they are efficient time wise and project wise. They do a project right the first time. They are very reasonable in costs.

My plumber came to fix my toilet but offered to fix a small leak in my ice maker on my fridge without extra charges. He did a great job and was very polite. Everything was clean after he left!
