I followed Rob's recommendation on my sewer and found I did not need additional work. His staff was very professional. They explained the process and in the end it was a good day for me. My pass situations with sewer work always ended with big bills. Not so with Rob West Plumbing.

They were very accommodating and professional. Even though they charge a lot for the first hour of work they gave me my money's worth as they were able to complete a second small project within that same hour.

I should have asked what a service call cost before they came. It seemed high, but i did not compare. I will next time. They were responsive and did a great job. I would use them again after I called around and checked if they are within a comparable range.

They called immediately to set up an appointment, came the next day and fixed the problem. No surprises, professional and polite.

After an unsuccesful attempt to break clog in drain, he told me to change all pipes, grease trap, drain is not clogged and charged $180 for 20 min. Problem not solved, turned to be $3000 project by Robwest. I just went Home Depot , bought drain pipe grease clog opener for $15. Job is done.

They get to the project fast, they plan the projec t ahead of time, they are efficient time wise and project wise. They do a project right the first time. They are very reasonable in costs.

Very clean, right on time and fixed in 15 min.

My plumber came to fix my toilet but offered to fix a small leak in my ice maker on my fridge without extra charges. He did a great job and was very polite. Everything was clean after he left!

There are not enough stars to rate Rob West Plumbing, they are magnificent. I had an issue with another plumber (he was unable to fix my valve) and Tom from Rob West Plumbing came to the rescue with in an hour or so. He looked at the valve fixed it in no time and installed my appliance flawlessly. I will be calling them exclusively in the future. Note: they were also the best price, wear shoe covers and were very professional. Take it from me, do not call anyone else. I called 7 other places and they all spoke in Plumbing Pig Latin about all the additional cost here and there. Rob took the time and broke down what needed to be done.

They came out and did the job well however did not provide me with a receipt or written guarantee for the work. I called back and asked for one, was assured it would be sent.... and nothin!

From the initial call Rob was very helpful in taking the time to discuss my kitchen faucet replacement need. Rob sent Tom out who was very pleasant and did a great job. Ontime arrival by service representative Tom. Provided a good explanation for the problem and an estimate of cost and parts required to complete project. Repair completed and no further problems have accourred. Worksite was left clean and parts removed. Very pleased with knowledge and professionalism of Rob West Plumbing

Tom McHugh came to fix our leaking toilet, explained what he thought was wrong, fixed it and looked at a few other plumbing problems I had. He was professional, honest, personable and did exactly what he said he would. Very happy with this experience.

I called he was able to come out that same day earlier then stated which was good. He cam located the problem and was able to fix it. The cost was very reasonable.

His crew was thorough, clean, and fast. Jacob, the lead guy, explained his hypotheses in detail before doing the work, and then took time to offer a thorough explanation of the problem he discovered and how he and his crew member fixed it . I had to follow up on a minor problem with a second job I had them do while the crew was on site, and he was again extremely quick to reply and accommodating on scheduling.
