Paul is not just a "painter", he is an artist. Our job was a bit complicated and he understood exactly what we wanted and the look that we were after. He executed that look carefully and precisely as we wanted. We are delighted with the finished project. AND, Paul was a delight to have in our life for a week!!

He was very good at knowing what I wanted. Plus he was the only one that came out to estimate, and he was the one who did the job! Not some corporate flunky that you never see again.

Shame on you Home Advsor, Paul is not licensed. When I hired him he stated he was a licensed contracter. He is not. In 3 weeks time he was here 11 hrs. His work is very sub par and is currently being redone by another licensed trade. Paul sub out the work so therefore he was not on my job. He is only a handiman, and handi men in the state of Virginia cannot give an invoice for over $1,000 per job and his went over this amount significately. I would never use because one he cuts corners, two never shows up, three subs the work out, in addition to he is not licensed. I am really surprised Home Advisor would allow him to be on this site. He also has some skeletons in his closet which means there are misdemeanors on his records and judgments so once again Home Advisor should know all this. Once he gets your money how do we know he will perform. I am not pleased at all and he was terminated from my job site. He stated he put 2 coats on my trim when in fact there is one coat, never primed and no prep work.

Paul was very meticulous.The paint job looks fantastic! He explained his pricing and the time it would take up front. A bit pricey, but it is my first time paying for a job. I researched pricing beforehand and he falls at the top of the price range. But, as I stated, you get what you pay for. Great work.

I reported all this info by phone a couple weeks ago but your rep wasn't listening to me. Repeatedly asked the same questions I had just answered. When I asked to speak to his manager, I was put off and I finally hung up. I also returned this questionnaire shortly after the job was completed. So I hope I won't be asked again!

We hired them not only for painting but to construct and install built in bookshelves. Paul and Shane came to our home and listened to what we wanted to have done. They left and returned the next day with the plans and a quote that was we thought very competitive. They were extremely professional but yet you had the feeling you knew them already. Their work ethic was exemplary , they arrived on time and worked for the entire day...their time estimate was five days , they were done in three. We would definitely use them again , and would recommend that others use their services without a doubt.

Since I bought my home in 2004, since I was so impressed with work they'd done on my previous home, I have had them do nearly everything for the home over the last decade. Everything from minor handyman work to major remodels, renovations, design work, tiling, hardscaping, even carpentry work. I value that they stick to what they're good at and do it well. They've also given me good references for things that were outside their wheelhouse. One project worth mentioning was a shed we wanted built that would match stylistically with our home. This project really showed off their ability to take a project from start to finish. They created the design, pulled the permits, collaborated with us on the design, the whole nine yards. They've always been very trustworthy. The pricing has been fair. The value for the price has been high. I've referred them to several people, and I know at least 3 of my neighbors have used them. As far as I know, they too have been satisfied with Paul and his crew.
