From start to finish, Robben & Sons were friendly, professional, and meticulous. I hired them to install a new Central A/C system on my house. While taking his measurements and getting a look around for the project bid, Roz noted that there was not enough space in the ductwork to connect the A/C right in. We discussed options, and I went with installation of a Ductless Heating and Cooling pump, with heads at opposite ends of the house. I could not be more delighted: my house is not only cool and comfortable, but the system is quiet, energy efficient, and will takes the load off my central heat in the winter months. The installation team was amazing. They showed up promptly, were courteous, and worked hard throughout the day and into the evening until the project was done. The project leader, Matt, ran his team smoothly, kept them moving and on-task, communicated well when they had questions or encountered issues, gave advice when asked, and showed an attention to detail. It was as if each member of the team were working on their own house. Overall, I'm very impressed, and look forward to working with this company on future projects.
