He did a great job at my house! The work came out really beautiful. It was just a big difference and improvement to my home. His communication was great, he explained some things i wasn't aware of and gave me the best options with how to deal with them. The value of the work is definitely there. We have two little indoor dogs and he was very good with them which really stood out to me and my wife. When he was coming in and out of the house he was mindful and didn't allow the dogs to escape.

First of all I have a handyman business on the side. When i call Roy I don't ever worry about the price from him because I know he offers fair pricing. second his work is by far better than anyone I have ever seen. he is able to make it look pristine. He takes more pride in his work than anybody I have worked with. I also do heating and air and when I look over his work his attention to detail is incredible and when he completes a job his work looks a machine did it. He is not constantly going to get parts because he always has the right tools and he knows exactly what he needs for each project. Next time I hire him I hope he buys me lunch! If you ever need any electrical work done I can't recommend him more.

He was neither qualified nor experienced at installing an outlet on my solar inverter, so he could not do the job that I called him for. But he did fix my ceiling fan but I had to help him figure out how to take it apart. And he did not have an Allen wrench to take The cover off the solar panel inverter. I was not impressed. I should not have to babysit someone claiming to be a professional and charging professional prices! I did appreciate the fact that he was honest about it and did not try to do something he was not capable of doing.

"As discussed onsite, I HONESTLY suggested calling a solar expert as it required work specifically on your previously installed solar system. I had not installed this system on the property and quite frankly it did not appear to be professionally installed in the first place. I was not comfortable with the project and therefore did not provide you with estimate. Instead, I did help you repair the fan that you and your neighbor had installed incorrectly inside the home. It was the fact that the fan was put together improperly as to why any "assistance" was required at all. With over 30 years electric construction experience I know when to step away from a potential project and there has surely never been a need for me to be "babysat". I'm glad your fan is now operating properly and would be more than happy to assist with any other non-solar related electrical issues you may encounter."

Roy was great! He made me feel comfortable and he showed up when he said he would. I got a few other quotes and his quote was right in line with my budget. Roy provided great customer service. I run a company myself so I value his ability to communicate highly. I was very satisfied and happy with his work and I would recommend him to anybody that needs this type of work done!
