Rob arrived on time. He accessed the job at hand. My husband was the key decision maker on this job and Rob waited for my husband to arrive. He also gave us honest professional advice within regards to our plumbing leakage that traveled to my basement. The water damaged the subfloor and rotted ! Rob assured my husband and I the job would be completed the same day and he would also replace the ripped up flooring. He did just that! I was extremely pleased! I have since hired him for another job! He is definitely a keeper!
