Robby is a breath of fresh air as an appliance repair professional ! Scheduling was easy, he text when 30 minutes of arrival, arrived before the scheduled time, quickly identified the problem, ordered parts, fixed same day. This is the original stovetop when townhome built in the 1970s. His rates are very fair. He is honest, friendly and professional. We have already recommended him to a property management company and would not be surprised if he became their preferred vendor. Thanks Robby !!!

I discovered that my dryer was broken with just one day left before vacation. He answered my Angie’s list request immediately and quickly gave me his phone number so we could talk about the problem. He was here an hour and a half after the phone call and fixed the dryer quickly. He also went above and beyond cleaning it, oiling it, and replacing pieces that will keep it in service for years to come. I am super happy! Will recommend.

Robby looked at our Samsung microwave/oven combo and determined that one of the computer boards was not operating. He tried numerous places and could not find a replacement. We also learned that Samsung stops making parts for their appliances 7 years after they’re made. He couldn’t fix our issue but he went totally out of his way to try to. I was impressed by his determination. I’ll definitely use his the next time but beware…Samsung may make good TVs but as far as kitchen appliances…forget about it! Thanks Robbie for trying.

Robby very professional told me he would text me 30 minutes before he got to my house he did he was right on time 9 o’clock came in directly looked at the machine told me what he thought was wrong plugged up filter then had to take the machine apart to get to where the pump filter was hidden. He was very careful not to make a mess and he took out every screw and replaced every screw he did this all within one hour. I would recommend Robby for any appliance repair. He has over 10 years experience even though this is his new company. He will do very well.

He ordered the part necessary and even came back the same day after hours to install it! I own several rental properties and I will only use him in the future due to his reliability and fair prices.
