Rick and his staff are converting a three car garage and attached 1890's carriage house, into a professional. multi-media studio. The project is to include in- floor heat in a new full slab concrete floor, a full bath, several storage areas for media. a kitchen, as well as a large open work area. Removal of three overhead garage doors, the addition of windows and French doors to flood the interior with natural light. The carriage house structure is to remain as a garage. We knew what we wanted, but didn't really know how to go about it, especially being new to the area and not knowing any of the local "good" contractors. Rick picked up on our ideas immediately, did most of the design work, contracted the sub contractors, and got the whole thing moving. The project is nearing completion now and we could not be any happier with the quality of the work. Roberson General Construction, and Rick Roberson in particular are the "go to" people in my book. His crew is very pleasant and knowledgeable, and can answer any questions you may have, and Rick is ALWAYS quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Rick has been in the construction business for a long time and knows all the ins and outs of the business and knows the best way to do what you want done in workmanship like manner. He has many impressive major projects in his portfolio from urban renewal work to home renovation and remodel work ( iv'e done some research). You will be happy with your decision to have Roberson General Construction work on your next construction project. Top notch people and quality work! Can't say enough good things.
