Key Building Services did a magnificent job of power washing my beach house and deck. Everything was cleaned professionally and the deck looks brand new. I am skeptical of power washing companies since the last company splintered my wood deck up, but not Key Building Services. Joel was informative and showed up exactly when he said they would and knocked it out all in one day. The pricing was very reasonable and they threw in all of my deck furniture without extra cost even when I asked them the day before they showed up. I would recommend Key Building Services to anyone needing power washing services. I will definitely be calling them back in the near future for more services. Thank you for doing a job that far exceeded my expectations!!

Key was the most professional service we've used. Equipment, water and power were all self-contained on a trailer and the results were excellent. Joel was great and very thorough.

My house was pretty dirty in spots that I was not expecting to get so clean after being washed. Also, the patio areas were cleaned and this was unexpected but a nice touch to the service provided.
