first impressions of Robert were very good, he was nice and seemed to be thorough; however, at the end of the project he used the wrong product and we had to force him to fix the job. Now that the job is done we found that the laminate flooring is uneven in one place because he cut corners and did not remove the old under flooring which made the floor uneven and the laminate is already bowing right in the center of the floor. He should have taken his time and completed the job as instructed rather than rushing through cutting corners leaving us with a less than desirable outcome.

Very easy to work with. Quality work by Mr. Allen, helpful suggestions and all work went as planned. I would highly recommend Mr. Allen for your project.
