first impressions of Robert were very good, he was nice and seemed to be thorough; however, at the end of the project he used the wrong product and we had to force him to fix the job. Now that the job is done we found that the laminate flooring is uneven in one place because he cut corners and did not remove the old under flooring which made the floor uneven and the laminate is already bowing right in the center of the floor. He should have taken his time and completed the job as instructed rather than rushing through cutting corners leaving us with a less than desirable outcome.

Our project was installing wood laminate flooring throughout a two- bedroom mobile home, tile in two bathrooms and indoor/outdoor carpet on the front screen room. The work was done in a very professional and friendly manner within the estimated time and cost. Robert kept us infomred of every detail along the way. Mr. Allen communicated well during all phases of our project. We changed jour minds on color and design several times as we were new to this type of construction and wanted it to blend well with our community. Robert worked very closely with us (excellent communications) and was on-site throughout each phase of the project. He and his guys were very professional and polite and answered all our questions. We submitted our request on the website and Robert was at our house that afternoon to look at the property and provide an estimate. We are very satisfied with our patio and have already recommended RAL to friends. The crew did an outstanding job!
