"The project has been completed, as we had informed Val and Robert W. at the start of the project different species and grades of wood cannot be made to match. Unfortunately before we came out to refinish the project Val and Robert had done their own repair installing two different species of wood, as well as different grades. We do strive to give our customers the best experience. Though we will not inspect jobs outside normal business hours, nor will we inspect a job if the customer refuses to communicate about said issue."
"Wood Floors are a natural product, and can be damaged by changes in humidity. Unfortunately several months after his Installation, the changes in humidity started to shrink his herringbone hardwood floor along with the hardwood flooring we did not install. We have worked with Dan (with no extra charge) after the Mill has denied his warranty claim. Unfortunately he was unwilling to work with us, and has claimed to have hired someone else. He has not taken legal action against us."
