Workmanship was so bad we had to tear floor out after install I can post photos later . Do not hire these guys ruined my flooring

Professional hardwood flooring and trim company was extremely professional and extremely competent. I would highly recommend this company To anybody else.

Great experience, very professional and knowledgeable. They redid our stairs and floors, a very big project and they didn t cut corners, they did everything correct. Great people to work with and very friendly.

Simply that this Contractor, despite all their claims, statements of all work guaranteed and the fact that they are licensed by the State of Mich means NOTHING, as when an almost fully-paid Customer calls you within a week of their job being partially finished and u REFUSE to even come inspect it?! We are reasonable people and have already worked with several other HI companies/contractors and NONE of them ever acted the way Rob and PHF did - did NOT complete the project as agreed to and basically ran away when we were trying to hold them accountable. They cannot handle irrate or unhappy clients and therefore need to go into another line of business, maybe like pet sitting?!?

Buyer beware. I have been living with inferior hardwood floors installed by Professional Hardwood for almost one year. I have received nothing but excuses and the runaround. I will hire someone else to fix their work and take legal action.

Couple touch-ups had to be done but he made time and stopped by to do them.

They did a great job! Completed our project in a timely manner, matched the color to our existing floor exactly and communicated throughout the project.

Their craftsmanship overall was excellent,however they missed some spots while staining exposing glue and nail holes.My newel post came unglued. I tried to get a hold of Rob over the course of 6 months,rob either didn't call me back or never showed up when he said he would be there,my husband made sure to be home and waited and waited only to be stood up! I even asked rob to just drop off some stain and we would finish the staining ourselves,that request fell on deaf ears.I ended up hiring another company to finish their work! Very poor customer service and very unprofessional . I would never recommend Professional flooring and Trim!

on time for appointment, called prior to assure we were ready the day before work, arrived on time to complete work and did job in time they stated. excellent work, did a few extras on their own to improve the job outcome. experienced crew knew what to do with a few difficult items. strongly recommend.

This is a fantastic company to work with. Rob and his staff were responsive, professional and the workmanship and attention to detail was incredible. I had my floors changed from an oak color to a grey and could not be happier with the results.

The guys who installed the floor were courteous, efficient and got the job done when they said it would be done. The floor looks great.

Robert is prompt, professional and very consultative. I hired him to refinish existing and install new wood floors as well as a new staircase and didn't know much about how to accomplish this. He was very patient with all of my questions and he even provided me ideas on what would look best. Highly recommended

This was a big project for us. We researched as much as we could before we hired a contractor. We had Rob out, but my wife was unable to be here. So I listened to his plan then actually had more people come out. Rob gave me the most confidence. So I asked if he could come back out when the wife was here. He agreed and together the wife and I agreed on the spot that Rob should get the job. He assured me the crew he was sending would not disappoint because of their attention to detail. He was spot on. Good hard working guys and very respectful of me and my home. We had new oak flooring installed in our dining room and the rest of our hardwood floors sanded down and then all finished in the same color. They look stunning. We had one small problem but I'm here to tell you Rob went the extra yard personally to solve the problem. He was here 3 straight days working on the flaw and just put the final coat of Traffic down today to seal it. I feel he is really a great business man and always answered my text and or calls in a timely fashion. He told me what he was gonna do, he did it, and we are very happy with the whole experience.

Attentive to details. Knows the hardwood floor business inside and out. Does what he says he will do. Very satisfied

This company & crew was AMAZING! I am so glad to have found them. Their name says it all; "Professional" which is what they were from start to finish. Dennis, Trever & Travis did a great install & worked constantly with no down time AND get this, they CLEANED up everyday!!!! Not something you always see in the trades. Anymore flooring needs in our future I know who we will be calling, PHF!

This company did the carpentry and staining for 2 vertical risers on our stairway. They also added transition riser between 2nd floor laundry laundry room and hallway. All work looks great and I would recommend this company.
