Called him back and we made an appointment. He showed on time and ready to work. I trusted Mr. Bekes and did not see the need for an in depth estimate for my repairs. He priced his work right and yes, he was very reasonable. He was at my home for a few hours. He needed parts and had his supply house here in the Lehigh Valley. He was very honest, for when I suggested a system add on/upgrade he told me not to waste my money. He even repaired my attic fan which was installed without a screen. I would hire again and recommend him for A/C and Heating install and repair.

Robert was amazingly fast and very efficient. I was told by many other professionals that the type of filter I needed had to be custom made and would take weeks. Robert was able to find the correct filter in a matter of hours. He was a very good educational resource, informing me of the different types of "repair" I could do instead of replacement

Robert was great-he was flexible w/the time and good about communicating when he would arrive (so I wouldn't have to take a day off of work). He gave me a quick education on how my heating/AC unit works & all of the maintenance I could do myself instead of paying someone else to do. He was helpful, pleasant & considerate about keeping my house clean while working. As a new homeowner w/o much experience, I appreciate his honesty-he told me what I should do now vs. what I could wait to do. AND, his visit cost me much less than I expected. Plus, he was very quick to respond - he came w/in 1 day of my call during a heat wave and fixed the AC
