After turning down the initial bid of $3-400.00 I was called the next day and bid $200. I accepted, I wanted my back yard made secure for my beagle. Many postponements, shoddy attempts at reparations, sporadic calls promising to "Make it right". The calls finally stopped, my fence is in MUCH worse shape now than before the "repair". Worst of all, I was forced to give up my dog, Charly because I didn't have a safe backyard for him.

Service I received is very much below expectations. Project estimated to 4 hours work took almost 2 weeks for completion. And it;s not completed Yet. I will wait for the completion of the job before adding any other comments It's waste of the money for this work. The works looks very shady and unprofessionl.

The quoted price was excellent. The time estimated to complete the job was excellent. From there it went downhill. The first two days, no one showed up. The third day, two people showed up four hours late. They stayed for four hours (less an hour for lunch). No one showed up again until three days later, having promised they would complete the job before doing anything else. At four pm. on day seven, I got a call from the owner of the company. He had just arrived at my house. Basically, his employee had underbid the job, he couldn't do it for the quoted amount and wanted to "get out" of the contract. Although I agreed on the spot, it was two weeks before my 50% deposit was refunded. I wasted several day of my vacation time waiting around for people who didn't show up and listening to one excuse after the other and a lot of promises about getting the job done and done right. Instead, not only is the house NOT painted, it is now PARTIALLY pressure-washed, I'm out several days of vacation time and likely won't be able to arrange to get the work done now until next spring. ***

Job was rescheduled many times. Painter would say he would be there at set time and not show up. I would have to call and find out what was going on. Painter had endless excuses for not doing the job. Painter did not complete the tasks quoted. Painter has promised many times to come back and fix mistakes and has never done so. At this point the home owner will have to finish the job because he cannot get in touch with the painter.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work that has been completed on my home. I would recommend your company to anyone without hesitation. I look forward to working with your company in the near future. Thank You!!
