He was a good plumber and a very nice man. He helped me out a lot besides the plumbing.

He had a positive can-do attitude -- he simply would not quit or leave until the job was well done. He stayed much too late (~10:30pm). Robert far exceeded expectations and provided the highest level of service. Our drain is clear and he even extended a 1 year guarantee. Robert came to my house on time. he came to snake two sinks and one bathtub. however when he arrived he only needed to get hair out of the drains. he used some kind of hand held hair geter outer and remove the hair. but only took $50 off what he originally said it was going to charge me.

He was responsive, professional, and did his best to resolve my clogged drain. It turns out there is a vertical vent pipe, and it seems that he snaked and sent the bladder line up rather than down, so the drain blockage was not removed.
