Rob went above and beyond in helping out my wife not only diagnose what was wrong with our ceiling fan, but actually going out of his way to Home Depot to purchase a replacement to install for us. I cannot say enough good things about him. Not that we ever hope to have more electrical issues, but I am really glad to know of Rob's service next time we do!
