Didn't call us back, but when I called again, Bob offered helpful advise.

Bob Davis said he would call me and he never called. So I went with someone else.

he checked out washer and told me that it could not be fixed if i did want to repair it would cost more than new washer

He came quickly and diagnoised the problem. Ordered the part and contacted me when it arrived . Called to schedule a convienent time for me, so he could replace the part. Was there when he said he would be did the job and left the area as clean as he found it. I would call him again. Thank you

We needed to have our roof repaired. I was a little hesitant about hiring someone I had no experience working with. I found him to be professional, didn't waste time, and was very informative. The added bonus was when the bill for the job actually came in lower than quoted!! I would certainly call him for other projects I am sure we will have in the future!!

Bob replaced a wood deck and slider for me. The work Bob does is good, but he did not finish the final details even after months of chasing him. More significantly, he quoted a job that included a SIGNIFICANT federal tax rebate for an energy efficient door. But in spite of many promises, he would never provide the documentation needed to receive the rebate, thus costing me about $1,500 extra! He never returned my many calls or emails, but when I could reach him he ALWAYS promised to follow through quickly, but never did. I wouldn't use him again, and suggest that if you do use him, don't pay until everything is done as agreed upon.

A+ Service. Fast response! Bob took the time to explain the problem, my options, recommend a replacement dishwasher. He replaced the dishwasher himself for my tenant and disposed of the old one all within about 2 hrs.

Amazingly fast response time. Arrived same evening - no extra charge. Diagnosed appliance problems we called him for and even adjusted a screen door to boot at No Charge. Great guy to know for a multitude of needs around the house.

My dishwasher was making a loud noise. He told me honestly it was a bearing in the motor and not worth fixing - could last another year or more and then replace it. He then gave me lots of good tips on how to make each of my appliances last longer along with other household tips. Very personable - Would hire him for a future job in a heartbeat.

Within 30 seconds of submitting my request, Mr. Davis contacted me. He came later that day and figured out why my washing machine (LG Tromm) wasn't emptying. He had me order the part online (which may sound strange, but it was at cost, he doesn't markup parts). The $8.80 part which a repairman would probably charge $50-$80 ended up costing $16 with delivery. As soon as we received the part, he offered to come by later that nite, but we had him come by first thing in the morning. He replaced the part, figured out what caused it to break, repaired that and had it running shortly after. Great rates & service. Highly recommended.

Bob came in with a strong "pitch", letting me know he was not your average handyman. Once we agreed to a price however, he sent a worker and never contacted me again. Work was ok and done on time, on budget, but he had promised to give me quotes for other projects and never did.

On May 3, 2009 Mr. Davis came to my home to look at my dryer. He turned it on and told me I needed a new dryer and charged me $65.00 . I almost purchased a new dryer but I found the business card of the previous repairman. I called him, he came to my home, listened to the dryer, opened it, found a nail in the heater wheel, replaced the damaged wheel caused by the nail, closed it up, charged me appropriately and was done in less than an hour. Mr. Davis was told this and he refused to give me back my money. He states he is an appliance repairman, but he is an electrical contractor, he dosen't even carry replacement parts in his truck.'

Very prompt service both for the estimate and the completion of work. Less than a week ! Discussed my needs and priced the job and materials reasonably. Carpenter made a suggesion to add to the look and took care of everything. Couldn't have been happier. Plan to have him back late summer for additional work and will use for any additional projects as they come up.

Bob and his crew were very professional and did a very good job for me. I had a proposal before they started and they were done in two days. Everything I had planned for them to do they did. I just can't say enough good about these men.

Our dryer broke on a Sunday afternoon. By 5pm that day, Bob had come by, fixed the problem, charged us a fair price, and gave us several maintenance tips. He's great! We'll definitely hire him again.

Bob was a little hard to get a hold of to settle on a date. I think this may have been due to him being busy. We were quoted a 3 hour job, approximately. This turned into a 7 hour job. I would recommend having him come out to look at the door first. What seems like a small detail to a homeowner can be a huge issue for a contractor.

Great service he was very honest and advised me to buy a nnew stove.
