Poor communication. It's been over 3 months since I hired him to build and install my closet doors. The project is still not finished and he offers poor excuses as to the delays only after I reach out to him.

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism I experienced from this contractor, who constructed a wall unit that consisted of two bookcases and a TV cabinet. The pricing was very reasonable as compared to other proposals I received, and the work was top notch. Bob was extremely diligent in providing photo updates during construction and installation, and even added an extra shelf at my request post-installation. In addition, he returned promptly on 2 subsequent occasions to ensure that all of the wiring was sufficiently clamped and the shelf lighting was functioning properly. In short, Bob is extremely honest, hard working, and capable. I recommend him highly and will be doing so to friends and family.
