Robert installed my water heater over the summer. Then I had a pipe come off my boiler (not related to his previous install). He came right out next morning and took care of the issue. Reasonably priced and even called that night and a few days later just to check to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend

I have an antique home with cast iron radiators that run off of an oil powered steam boiler. I interviewed several contractors and decided on Bob. During the estimate process, it was clear to me he has a love of old houses and has worked on many of these antiquated steam systems (which not everyone has the expertise to work on). He is very personable and is just genuinely a really nice person. He had the old boiler and oil tank removed and a new gas powered steam boiler installed in less than a week. The old stuff was removed in a half a day and the new system was brought in, fired up and running in less than three days. The new system works perfectly, without a hitch! He Took care of everything; the oil system removal, electrical work and inspection, I didnâ t even have to think about the project. I was unfortunately unable to be home for most of the installation process due to work. I was absolutely comfortable enough with him to give him access to my all areas of my home when I wasnâ t there. If you need a plumbing contractor this is the one. Heâ s been doing it for a long time and definitely knows his sh*t. I am happy to have met him and I now consider him â myâ plumber.

Bob explained each aspect of the job of removing and replacing water tank, boiler, heating system. He sent pictures so I'd know the final product results, a descriptive estimate with pricing, assisted in the selection of a 95% energy efficient system, and answered all my questions, along with providing his Master license and other details I requested. He completed and provided the MassSave rebates, was punctual, checked in to be sure things were running smoothly, was tidy, and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend him to those who need this work done.

Bob was amazing! He was on time, efficient, and did a very clean, neat job. My boiler was ancient and he got me set up with one of the best new boilers out there and helped with all of the Mass Save rebate paperwork. I will definitely be hiring Bob again for future projects!

Robert..Bobby..Bob..answers to all of the above was great to work with. Originally came to give quote for replacement of leaking electric water heater. We really wanted gas(already had gas furnace) we have 200 year old home, he figured it out, and we are now proud owners of gas hot water! Savings abound. His worker bee (minus velgro sneakers) was great also! We have additional work to be done and plan to hire him for those jobs.
