total professional, came within the hour of calling (he was in the area), he was also thorough, explained everything that needed to be done (i had a blown circuit breaker) FAIR & HONEST & cost was MORE THAN FAIR. 5 stars all around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND He was wonderful.

Rob worked with our schedule and was great with the tenant. He had the electrical issue identified, got the parts and had it fixed all in less than two hours. He was patient with our questions and explained what the issue and resolution was. We will be recommending him to our family and friends.
