Water Heater - Repair or Service
Excellent experience...we highly recommend him. Down to earth and honest, he explained processes as he worked, and even had me join in the fun of watching a valve while he couldn't explaining what the valve was for and how BGE uses it to calculate our bill. He also showed us how to use our relatively new water heater even more efficiently and save a few dollars on our energy bill. We will definitely call on him again for future issues if they should arise.

Griffin Plumbing gave me a prompt reasonable estimate, started work when agreed and did a great job. I needed multiple things done, all were taken care of the same day. They are professional, and knowledgable, all work was completed at the estimated cost. They left the job with everything cleaned up, any material that needed to be hauled away removed. They showed me all work performed and that all repairs were completed. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

I actually had to have the job repeated very soon after and the 2nd plumber found that my problems were root caps in the line. Mr. Griffin should have found this the 1st time he charged me $255 for the snake out.

Gas Piping
It was relatively easy to get hold of Mr. Griffin to get an appointment to have him move my gas line and hook up my new stove, and he did a great job in every respect. I am very pleased with his work and in working with him.
