Robert Gunn was originally incredibly responsive, came to our home quickly, and seemed to have identified the issue. His pricing for completing the work was incredibly reasonable as well. However, our roof continued to leak and when we called him to come take a secondary look at the roof, he stopped responding to our calls, text messages, or emails. Ultimately, he did refund us for the work done. But I'd still be wary of hiring this provider.

Robert was prompt in providing service and did an excellent job. When cleaning the gutters he did not trample the flowers and hedges and left the peripheral of the house cleaned of all leaf debris. I definitely will be seeking his service again.

This business never sent me a contract as promised.. they did not return to re evaluate my complaint that roof was still leaking .. The owner claimed that he would come check things out personally â ¦Iâ  m still waiting for a response from them â ¦
