I hired this pro back in 2009 to test my basement for asbestos. The testing was done quickly and he responded promptly while walking us through the process in case we needed remediation. Fortunately, we did not need remediation but his expertise was very comforting.

Beware! This inspector looks great on paper but is anything but professional. He inspected a property for us and found damage to the windows. The homeowners wanted clarification of which windows were needing to be replaced because they had repaired some of them. He went to their home and proceeded to violently gut out 2 window sashes that were not bad and leaving blood on the windows. The homeowner asked him to leave their property and asked told him he would be responsible for the damages. He agreed and left but has not replied to any of the parties thus far. The elderly homeowner suffered a seizure after he left. He needs medication!

Couldn't have gone with anyone better. He not only went over what he was inspecting but he also answered any and all questions you had, regardless if it was outside the scope of the home inspection (and being a first time home buyer the information and answers he provided were useful). I had a couple of DIY questions for him and he had no problems giving me advice and lead me in the right direction. He even went as far as offering to answer any questions I would have in the future with any DIY projects I would do with the house. Top-notch and you can't go wrong with choosing them for your home inspection.

I emailed 3 home inspection companies and Mr Conner called me almost immediately and left a message... I was unable to answer.. I received a email saying they called and I could reach them through email if there was a problem.. After returning his call we set a time and it was that simple... they are a great company to work with...

This is the second time me and my husband have used Mr Conner and we highly recommend him. He is always punctual actually he is usually early and starts on the outside of the building first, he is super thorough and notices every little detail the average person would miss. We have been very satisfied with both inspections he has done for us and even the realtor's who have seen the inspection report have commented on how good it is. We would use his services again above any other. A very friendly easy going nice man who takes his job seriously.
