Robert Haines

The roof started leaking in the same place in just over a year after Robert Haines repaired it for over $700.00. I have reached out to him with no response.

I wish for this guy to call me back to come and finish fixing my roof because it still leaks. I have call him several times and he doesnt answer.

Do not hire this person. He will give you a lot of talk and will not do a good job. If you call him about an issue, he will not respond. I hired him to do the job and my roof is still leaking. His repairs were overpriced. $1000 for a bad repair.

Have given opportunities to address issue; does not communicate well and is hard to get in contact with. Does not confirm when he came/what he's done; the issue has been dragged on for way too long; meanwhile, we have rain/hurricanes/tornadoes coming and there are leaks everywhere.

He exaggerated about the work he was going to do and when I questioned his cost he said it was because he used silicone. Based on his pictures of his finished work and the amount he actually used that does not work.

Robert came out to survey the work and have me his honest opinion. He worked with me on the cost and that's what I considered priceless. I'd recommend him to others. Good job!

Work has been done fast. Little time took loading the pictures documenting what and how repair was completed. Time will show whether quality is adequate to introduction before agreement has been signed.. I think that the cost was too expensive If compare to material needed, time and difficulties.

His knowledge was good ! Service was good his experience was great ! So far so good it rained a couple times since no leaks so I guess it was a good job well done !

Really had a great experience he took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done what was going on and why the cost of materials and how long they would last. Even help me out on some things I was unaware of at a reasonable price

Fast cledd add n work

Robert seems nice at first, on time and prompt. As far as professionalism, he lacks professionalism and trust, you need to make sure you are with him the whole time to watch everything he is doing and you need everything documented in invoice and pictures as well. His selling point is a lifetime warranty but I am not sure if that is a thing since it is not listed on my invoice. It might not be true and he has stopped communicating with me all together after numerous attempts.

Can't really comment on roof repair. Only time & the next rain will tell. Robert was on time and friendly. And guaranteed his work. That works for me.
