I found Bob Hancock on Angi's List and he was EXACTLY the person I was wishing for. He completed the project himself with his outstanding Architect Mark. They were both very punctual, extremely knowledgeable, answered my numerous questions in layman's terms and I immediately felt my house was in great hands. Bob and Mark are extremely professional, arrived with all the needed equipment, got right to work, and did not leave a single speck of dust or debris behind! Their work was impeccable and really neat. Estimate/quote was very accurate, fair and within my budget. I full heartedly recommend to you Bob Hancock for your whole house fan project, without any reservations. Beside his outstanding professionalism, he also happens to be a very kind, humble, respectful, transparent, honest and compassionate gentleman.

Robert contacted me, went over price, setup date for install. when they had a install date earlier then date we set, he called and I was available so we set next day install. technician called before arriving and arrived on time, professional, explained process and did install , assisted me on setting up app on smart phone. it was a great experience. Robert installed an attic fan I had purchased. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He has excellent communication, installed the fan and took pictures of his work so I did not have to climb up in the attic, and showed my how to use the app (fan controlled by bluetooth). He really went above and beyond expectations with the install. I was impressed with the entire process and would recommend him without question.
