RJN did excellent work. Bob and son tore out and installed a bath/shower tile surround that had design work and a custom niche. His grout lines and spacing were perfect! He was a true professional from beginning to end, he listened to what I wanted and made it happen, plus he at no extra charge replaced 5-floor tiles, a portion of a molded subfloor. He also set my tub at a very good price and made sure it was set properly in a mortar base. Additionally, he removed and put on all new fixtures and raised my shower head higher. I have already booked more work with him. He and his son were a pleasure to work with. And they did not make a mess, cleaned up every day and ensured we had a working place to bathe. A job well done. I would never hesitate to use them and I am a perfectionist.

Poor workmanship. Hired Bob, but he let an inexperienced un-licensed trainee used my home as a training project. My tiled shower looks horrible! Messy thick grout dirt. They broke battered my door frame when they removed it then just put the broken pieces back up. Did not even put wall switch plates back up.I have never tiled, but I am sure I could have done better myself. I pointed out the grout problems 3 times still they did not clean it up. i will have to pay a professional to clean up this mess - if they even can. They also installed a simple wire closet organizer, it took them 3 tries to do it. The first time, one of the hanging bars was positioned 6 inches above the floor - what would I hang there? I gave them the manual picture of how it should look. When I touched the bar, the whole thing came away from the wall. Plus, they drilled 3 holes in the closet wall that went clear through to my living room wall. I am sick that I paid so much ended up with such a messy, dirty looking shower. I wish I could post pictures The only positive is that they showed up when they said they would. I told him I was not comfortable with the trainee, but since I was not always home when they worked, he may have let the trainee do the work for him so he could work another job. Unbelievable. I do not know what he did for the people who gave him 5 stars -could not have been tiling a shower stall or bathroom remodel.

Very dependable. Did a job for us outside in a cold all day heavy rain. I think others probably would have rescheduled but he kept going.

Quality work with attention to detail. Left the job cleaner then when they arrived. They went and picked up the doors I ordered right from the store. Too easy.
