Robert Leak Air Conditioning and Heating

Regarding Robert Leak, I don't think he should be in business until he reevaluates his crew, his competence and his credentials. The way that he presented his work to us was not done with integrity. He needs a supervisor or an inspector to look at his work, regardless of getting a city permit. If a person signs up with him, s/he should never do a project with him without a permit, and it should not be optional. His service should be double-checked. We recently found bad Yelp reviews, which are different from the reviews on HomeAdvisor.

Our AC went out on the hottest weekend of the year! I sent out a request on Sunday morning hoping to get someone out by Wednesday. He called less than 30 minutes after I sent the request. He was busy but said he would try to be here by 4 today. He called to let us know he was running behind and showed up about 6:30 by 7:30 we had COLD air! So happy!!! We also felt his price was extremely reasonable especially for a regular day let alone a SUNDAY evening.

Robert was friendly and helpful, explaining everything as he worked. He left the work area cleaner than it was before. He tested everything before he left, and even bought me a Big Mac for lunch! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely call him again for anything else I might need in heating or a/c.

I paid him $400. He refilled my antifreeze in a/c. He said he guarantees all his work for 1 year. I called him back in 2 days and told him it was no better than before. He said he would call me right back. He never called me back!
