Chain Link Fence Installation
Robert came when he said he would, completed the project on time and we were very satisfied. One thing that impressed us was that he wanted NO money upfront, said we would pay only when we were satisfied with the work. By the way, he actually did more than we had first contacted him about which is why the price was higher than our initial price, but the total job was a good price for the work done.

Chain Link Fence Installation
Robert Lanier was a pleasure to have work on my house. He installed a chain link fence in my back yard for our dogs. He promised to do a perfect job at the best price. His price was the lowest bid, he was there when he said he would be. The installation was excellent after I had to call him back to fix a few bugs in the initial installation (hence the 4 out of 5 stars for quality).

Mr. Lanier was professional and very helpful. He installed my Select Blinds quickly. He fixed a broken sprinkler head, a drip on my roof. I will use his services again to install an outdoor light fixture and move a ceiling fan.

HE mismeasured the the window screens-and for a simple project that should have been done in one day-has taken three-and my husband had to help him to get it done in three days.

"I was giving them an estimate to rescreen 5 screens and they found out i was an a/c contractor also and we got to talking about what there a/c unit was doing and i found that it had a stoped up coil and i had to pull it and clean it reinstall it and top off the charge, and as i was doing that my laborer mis mesured the screens and she did not like it so i sent another man and he got it wright but it did not cover the screw holes up so i went out and remeasured and made Mrs,A. a happy customer and got no praise for dropping there electric bill 75 to 100 dollars a month and she was a hard woman to deal with and i showed her husband how .Robert"

I needed some yard work done, which I planned to do in phases. The initial contact as well as the project seemed to present a problem for the worker. He quoted $100 for the job. I offered to pay $125 if the job was to my satisfaction. The work was done, but not the work I wanted. I was out of town on business & the worker proceeded to do whatever he thought needed to be done. Therefore, I still have work which remains undone. However, I paid $210 for the job, just to get them out of my hair & move on. The communication skills were lacking & the owner appeared to be a fast talker.

"I sent my lawn mainteance forman over to give her an estimate and he proceded with the job and she continued adding more work to the job expecting him to do it at the same price so i steped in and it looked like a jungle worth at least a 1000 dollars for what she wanted done and she did not take kindly when i stoped the job and requested more money to do all the things she wanted done and i told her when ever she wanted to sign a contract we would be back to finish up and i have not heard from her since. that is just business Robert Lanier Sr."

This guy is horrible to deal with. He told me he would come over to do the work then sent one of his laborers over who had no idea what the job was. The worker ended up bending the new window frames with screens he was replacing. He was unprepared and didn't have all the materials needed. Robert Lanier was supposed to be here "first thing in the morning" and I just called him to see where he was and he told me he'd be here at noon. He's also called me a couple of times having no idea who I was and just blabbering about nothing.

You won't be sorry with hiring Robert. Service the way it used to be. Robert and his associates were just wonderful. Very polite and very very much the perfectionists. We actually had a really good time with them. One thing that really impressed me is that one of the projects became a lot more involved than first expected and, of course took longer than expected. Robert stuck to his original estimate instead of trying to renogiate the cost. My daughter and I have already hired him to do more jobs for us. They do the jobs as if they were working on their own homes. Very fast response, arrived on time and left no mess at all. Great guys!

Robert provided immediate service during the hotest week of the summer. He was professional, worked quickly and was honest about what we needed to do and how much it would cost. We plan to remodel next year and will replace our current heating and cooling system. Without doubt, we will choose this company.
