"I take great pride in the work that I do, and own up to any mistake or damage that I do. The damage to the wall below the light switch was due to the fact that the wall had been painted and the light switch cover was painted to the wall, instead of having been removed prior to painting as it should have been. Removing a cover that has been painted to a wall will always cause the paint to tear. That is painting 101. The bathroom sink I can only guess that it previously has a chip in it. It was very old. I did not drop any tools or materials to cause such damage. I did not touch any valves in his shower, which was leaking and dripping the entire time I worked in his bathroom. I am sorry the customer felt I was to blame for his issues in his home. Again, if painting was done properly the first issue would not have even happened. The home was built in 1990 and it appears the bathroom was original to the home. He also did not report any concerns to me when I left his home, and he was happy with the work that was done. He chose to place a bad review instead of even contacting me, which is unfortunate."
"Customer bought a chandelier light fixture and opened the box themselves. The fixture contained 1500 beads to put on of all different sizes and no instructions. The fixture did get put up, but it took longer because I had to sort out the beads and figure it all out. Customer was upset because it took longer to complete, but it was done completely by me and the customer was satisfied with the job when it was done. A lower rating of my job because you messed up the pieces is not very fair."
"Thank you so much for the great review! May I ask a favor please? I am also working on my company's presence on Google, and they need more reviews on their site for my business. You can even copy and paste your review and place it in the google review. Thanks in advance, and I appreciate your time! [Hyperlink Removed]"
