The service techs arrived a little bit early and got started on assessing the faulty outlet right away. They fixed the problem very quickly and checked other outlets on the circuit to make sure that they were all in good working order. They explained their billing process in the initial phone call and then again when they wrote up the invoice. A very good experience and at a very reasonable price.

I was charged &425.00 to install switches and a replace a ceiling light fan. I was charged &175.00 for the switches and he charged me &250,00 for five minutes to install the ceiling light fan. Very bad,

"I reviewed my files and I cannot find any jobs with this pricing and job description. Please verify your information before posting a negative review. The prices you are listing are way higher than what we charge and the time frame is impossible as we were on vacation. If we estimated the job, the price would have been given up front & approved with a signed contract. As a side note, it takes much longer than 5 minutes to install a ceiling light and fan."

I've used Robert Likens for a couple electrical jobs and am very pleased with his professionalism and customer service. Recently I contacted Robert to replace a broken GFI receptacle which he did right away. A week later the darn thing would not work. I called Robert and he came right out and replaced the receptacle. He tested it several times under different conditions and it appears that this one is OK. The replacement may have been defective during construction. Great follow-up service! I highly recommend Robert Likens for your electrical installation or repair requirements.

He was on time and did a great job installing, 3 outside LED motion, and a bulb on the porch. Also corrected the wiring for these lights. I would recommend them to anyone, and If needed I would hire them again..
