Let me tell you, you will NOT find a more honest contractor out there than Robert. We got burned bad bad an awful contractor last year on a big project and so we were leery on this smaller project. But he set out minds at ease. He built us an 16x10 outdoor pavilion, a small aesthetic privacy fence, and installed three 10ft 6x6 posts for lights around our pool. All in about 5 days. He does what he says. He is fast, efficient, and pricing is fair, and communication is awesome. He and his crew were very courteous of my property and made sure to never leave the dreaded contractor mess. Very down to earth and personable. I will always highly recommend Robert and his team a million times over and will use him again for all my general contractor needs!!

Robert is honest. If something is going to cost more, he'll let you know before you do it and negotiate the price.

He was prompt, courteous, diligent and knowledgeable. He was committed to doing the job in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with his work.

I think the job was too big. Mr. Neal had to hire outside help and they worked around the clock. Too many workers not communicating. Several areas not sanded, screw holes weren't covered more than once so they are showing through in several areas, corners were terrible, and several rooms looked like the surface of the moon. We spent a week patching and sanding before we could paint.
