Robert Noy Roofing

We hired Robert Noy Roofing to install a new roof and to paint the exterior of our home. He was very knowledgeable and very patient working with us deciding on what we wanted to do. He had a lot going on. He and his crew did a wonderful job. He pays attention to every detail of the work he is doing and it makes a huge difference, he showed us things we didn?t even think about to make our home even better. He took the stress and worrying out of the job for us. He exceeding our expectations and standards!!!! We are so grateful for him and his crew. We highly recommend him.

Robert showed up on time for the appointment to look at the roof and give us an estimate. Very polite and great communication on listening and understanding our concerns. We hired him and the next day he showed up and repaired our roof. He took pictures and showed us the damaged areas. He also provided pictures of the steps he took to repair and correct the problem. Afterwards he even water tested the roof to confirm he addressed our issues and there were no leaks. We believe he went way beyond customer service to address our needs. I would absolutely refer him to anyone and we will be calling him again for any of our roofing needs in the future.

I was in need of a new roof, Robert gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. After scheduling a start date, he and his crew got started on the tear off and a couple days later they were all finished and cleaned up.

I had a small leak on the back side of house. I was told by other contractors I would need a whole new roof. This was not something I was to afford at the time. When I called Robert he was able to give me an estimate within my budget. He also was able to present pictures to let me know I was making the best decision. Couple days later I had a non leaking repair that didn't need a whole new roof, and money saved in my pocket. Thank you Robert!!

I hired him to do my roof and my expectations were exceeded! He came to give me an estimate, wrote a contract, and finished the job within a week!

Beware do not hire look at all reviews and look at his licence up on the state contractors licensing. Robert Noy should have been a sales man that has a good product. His contractors Licence expires 8-20. He only carries $15,000 bond. He has several cases pending at the State Contractors Board. Please look you will be glad you did. I am looking out for elderly people that cannot go on the roof and catch the bad work.

I hired him to repair the roofers of two different buildings which he took my money for but the problems still exist. He claims he came out a few times to rectify the problem which he did not and the buildings were in the same situation. I ended up having to hire someone else to fix the original problems on both buildings and Robert stopped communicating and answering my calls and text messages within a few weeks of the matter. He never saw the original issue, he never offered a solution, and on top of that just started to ignore me and kept my money.

Fast and honest didn't try to replace my roof told me it would last a few years so only had repair from wind damage

Robert does good work and his follow up is not close to satisfactory. Robert does not communicate well with homeowner of possible damages.

stated 2 year warranty. bathroom roof never repaired after 4 attempts. contacted again never showed up for repairs after payment.

Robert was prompt, friendly and personable. The one time he was late he called and let us know that he would be late and why. Very professional. The job took just as long as he quoted and was done well. He did not leave any debris in our yard at all. I did not find a single nail. He did great work.

Hasn’t rained since repair. I am assuming the roof leak was fixed. I won’t know the quality of work until it rains. However, they responded quickly and they were out the following day to repair roof.

I received a call within hours of requesting service. Mr. Noy was at my house and provided an estimate within 4 hours our our initial contact. The work was done the following day (on a Saturday). Everyone including Mr. Noy himself was courteous, friendly yet professional, and just plain nice folks. I don't want another roof leak, but if I have one I will certainly call Noy Roofinig.

Roof repair done the same day. Crew knew what they were doing. They got the work done quickly and efficiently. -- Have to wait for next "good" rain to truly evaluate the work. But Robert Noy guaranteed the work for 2 years, so really no worry there!

I hired Mr. Robert Noy in April 2018 for roof (water leak at front door) and wood facia repair at the front of the house. In a few days I was told job was finished, I paid what Mr. Robert Noy ask for when he ask for it in full. The first rain (May 2018) after the repair was done, I noticed the roof leaking in the same spot over the front door. I contacted Mr. Noy, and he sent the same person that came the first time to repair the roof. I was assured that this time the roof would not leak. The second rain in May 2018 the roof leaked in the same spot over the front door. I called Mr. Noy, and he sent out the same person to repair the roof for the third time. On this occasion again I was assured the roof was repaired and would not leak. The first rain in October 2018 The roof leaked in the same spot over the front door. I called Noy, and asked for a refund on what he had charged me for the roof repair. His reply was that they did not give refunds, and that they deserve the right to affect a proper repair. My response, your worker has had ample tries at fixing my roof, it is my belief that he is unable to repair or not equipped to do the job. I am still requesting a refund. As of today November 29, 2018 the roof is leaking over the front door and no refund.
