Robert did an outstanding job for me and I plan to hire him agsin

My leaking drain pipe from the upstairs bathroom turned into major drywall demolition and mold eradication. Robert was great to accommodate the escaling project and was outstanding in finding ways to hold down the expenses without comprising the quality of the work. I whole heartily recommend him for any home repairs or projects.

Robert was very diligent in assessing the problems, coming up with a solution and then executed the work flawlessly. He also cleaned up afterwards and helped with another problem at no additional charge. Pricing is fair.

Bob diagnosed the problem with our leaky toilet and solved it in 45 minutes. He explained the situation and answered all my questions. He was great.

Contractor provided an estimate without stating that the quoted amount was a minimum amount. When he arrived, he was able to complete only 2 of 3 things he was hired for. However, he asked to be paid for the same quoted amount until I questioned him about the pricing. He reduced the quoted price by $30. He was very much in hurry to leave the job site when it was less than an hour when the minimum hours for the visit was 2 hours. I did email him photos of the doors and the surrounding to help make an accurate estimate. Sadly, what I wanted to get done as part of the project was not done and contractor asked for an additional $200 to come back at another time.
