Robert and Linda are absolutely amazing! I have used their contracting services for nearly 5 years. They have done 4 flip houses for us. 2 of those were total renovations from top to bottom and took several months. One of the flip houses had a tree go through the middle of it and was a major project. They always do such an excellent job on our properties! They have also done projects on a few rental properties. In addition, they have done projects for my real estate clients. Their pricing is reasonable and they do exceptional work. I have found Robert and Linda to be fair, on top of their communication, and extremely honest and forthright in all dealings. They are always my first recommendation when it comes to any type of home improvements, remodels, home repairs, etc. I know I can trust my clients, colleagues and friends with them and that they will always do right by them.

Robert and Linda are unprofessional and the work is below the standards set by law and codes meant to protect people. To start Robert performed electrical work that was a fire hazard, failed to vent the bathroom exhaust fans, failed to vent the kitchen range hood, tore up the bathroom marble vanity, and ruined the shower porcelain tile. His contractors put non GFCI outlets right next to water faucets, but donâ t worry they didnâ t install the bathroom vanity correctly so the backsplash blocks use of the outlets. Moreover, the shower Robert built has several cracks in the grout and pools a very large puddle of water in the corner. His workers failed to correctly install flooring causing large gaps and elevation rises that present a trip hazard. Whatâ s his solution? Glue under the floor and paint cans to weigh it down and hope it works. Robertâ s definition of sheetrock for walls involves taping and throwing mud on wall in the hopes it will smooth over. Additionally, his crew would never clean up their mess after the day was done. If you care about other peopleâ s safety or the safety of your family, then this contractor is not and should not be an option. Pictures donâ t lie, Robert does. His motto is â one call does it all.â Guess that explains all the failures. Robert refused to provide his insurance information and when confronted challenged us to file a lawsuit against him and his wife. Challenge accepted.

Robert and his crew worked fast and did outstanding job on reframing/repairig front porch columns and fascia. Cleaned up job site each day.

Robert and Linda were great to work with on 3 separate projects. We completely remodeled two bathrooms and the kitchen, gutting each and with all new. The crew were always on time, completed daily projects and cleaned up. Robert helped with making good decisions and explained as the projects moved forward.
