Bob and Wes were tremendous to deal with and they are impeccable in the delivery of their service. They good and honest people with a penchant toward excellence. I will happily use Bob Williams again. Very easy to deal with, great results.

Bob was really professional, nice and did great work. We are super happy with our new kitchen. He built and installed cabinets, knocked out a load-bearing wall and reenforced the ceiling, and laid the floor tiles and wall tiles as well. The job, like most, took a bit longer then expected. Honestly, it was a big job and we expected it to take longer no matter who we hired. Other than that Mr. Williams was great.

This builder did a nice job. I still get compliments on the work done.

The Fix-it Pros were very pleasant and had some good design suggestions about how to renovate our bathroom. However, there were a number of problems with this job. The job took several months longer than estimated, and quite a bit of the work had to be redone because it wasn't done properly in the first place (the shower enclosure, for example). Repeated problems with the shower enclosure forced the shower installer to have to make several unnecessary trips to do the installation. An unqualified helper was used and not properly supervised, which again required rework. Many appointments to work on the bathroom weren't kept, and we weren't informed that no one was coming. Finally, a couple of months after the work was done, the bifold door on the bathroom closet fell off. None of our phone calls or emails about this problem have been returned.

Robert is very professional in every aspect of his work. I would use him again, and will, and would also recomend him to my friends.
