Bathroom - Remodel

Robert came in telling me I was going to have the bathroom of my dreams and everything went well until they put the shower floor in they laid the first layer of tiles and messed it up so bad they had to come back in the next day and ended up laying another layer of tile over that tile which was straighter but the shower floor is not sloped toward the drain and all the water does not drain toward the drain so I have to squeegee it out to the drain. I have sent him several messages and emails and he will not answer my calls. He finish this job on July 22 2015 and today is Sept 16 2015 and I still haven't heard a word from him. His web site talks about he is all about customer service but this is a lie. I paid him 6,000 for this and now I am seeking an attorney to file suit again him . So save your money and don't do business with this company.

Robert was very quick to respond to my inquiry, he also scheduled the project immediately. The work he did was superior and I will use him again and recommend him to other people I know. He also made suggestions (friends) for some of the other work that I need done.
