Gutted my galley kitchen, turned it into a bath/laundry, and turned an unused dining room into an eat-in kitchen. Extremely good communication on phone and email. No surprises. No disappearing acts. Excellent crew and they do their best to keep the place livable during construction. Good subcontractors. Respectful of my budget. Familiar with South End brownstones. Has good contacts for cabinets, tile, granite, plumbing fixtures. Made useful suggestions for better ways to do things. Finished product looks great and functions great.
