On Sunday, we filled out the form on the home advisor and left our phone number. He called us the same evening (Sunday) and said he would be out on Monday morning between 8:30-9:00 am. On Monday about 10 to 9 am, he called and said he was hung up on another job that he would be there by 9:15. Well, he got to our home at 9:11 am. Within an hour, he had the garage door up and working. He was very polite and very professional and the price was very reasonable. Robert called me up after my inquiry on Home Advisor. He gave me a reasonable quote for the repair. He came after an hour. He explained what needs to be done (recommended to replace both springs, one was broken.) He explained the 1 year warranty included parts and labor. The work was done in less than an hour. He was very straight forward and courteous. I would definitely recommend him.
