"Customer and company could not come to a good agreement on the location of the above ground pool that was placed on uneven surface by prior contractor so the pool became out of level due to rain water running down the slope. Company felt it was unsafe to install the pool back on the slope without getting down to level surface so a refund will be issued to the customer."
