Amazingly quick and thorough
They responded quickly, and they were friendly and patient during the inspection.
Very Professional. They were on time with everything. The quality of the work was great! One would never know they were here, as they cleaned up everything without leaving any debris around. I would refer them to any family member or friend. I will call them again to replace our larger roof job. Great Team from start to finish!
Roberts Roofing provided top quality roof repair work, while taking great care not to damage the fairly brittle clay roof tiles on my 68-year-old home. They showed up to replace a single cracked tile, but for the same quoted price, replaced a whole section of surrounding tiles to make sure that my roof leak was effectively addressed. They also offer an amazing 40-year warranty on their work.
They showed up on time and repaired 7 tiles quickly and at a great price
I hired Roberts for a job I wouldn't consider large. They quoted me for 40-50 slate tiles to be replaced and they helped me out by patching up my box gutters. They treated me like I was a high paying customer. They gave me a time frame and stuck to what they said. None of that dodgy maybe we'll be out then never show up and no call as to why. Not only that but the crew they sent out were pleasent and patiently answered any questions I had even after being tired from working all day. I won't bother going anywhere else for any further roofing repairs.
They provided fast estimate and scheduling for our repair. Their team were friendly and professional, cleanup was complete you would never known that they had been there.
We had purchased a 100 year old house with a slate roof. Though at first we thought we had a few years left, we quickly discovered multiple leaks. Other companies would only replace it, but Robert's suggested that a repair was possible -- offering a contract that would repair all damaged slate that they found including damaged underlayment (but not structure). This allowed us to keep the historic look of the house intact. Their bidding process was the most professional we saw -- they used a drone to evaluate the roof, and as we moved towards signing a foreman came out to evaluate the roof directly and ensure they would have enough material to complete the work (which did revise the bid slightly). It was always easy to get someone knowledgeable on the phone. While the work was underway the crew was very professional. The site was impeccably clean every day after they left. During the work, they did discover several rafters had failed necessitating emergency structural repairs. These were completed and the roof was watertight before they left for the day. Obviously this is a highly stressful situation for a homeowner, but they demonstrated a zen-like level of calm and focus that was extremely comforting. They also introduced us to a contractor to help complete some plaster patching that needed to be done inside where they had installed temporary supports. There was also much more damaged slate than they had originally anticipated -- approximately half of the total roof. However, they kept their commitment to take the burden of the overage, and we paid exactly what was quoted, plus a comparably modest sum for the unanticipated structural repairs. Likewise, they came back with no questions asked to resolve a minor issue we found a few weeks after the work completed. Though no project of this scope is without issues, Robert's went above and beyond my expectations to deliver a solid repair and demonstrated that they are committed to customer happiness.
Robertâ s Roofing was very professional from the first phone call to the quality of the labor. They came to my house within days of my initial phone call to repair a slate roof. The employee used a drone to examine my roof, taking pictures that were relayed to his computer on the street. The pictures were emailed to me within days with the proposal. I was impressed with the timeliness and efficiency of the workers who were very pleasant and considerate. These fearless daredevils completed the repairs in two days time. The pictures revealed that the decorative finial at the top of my roof was in need of repair also. It looked like the base had rusted badly. Since this was craftsmanship from 100 years ago I did want to Restore it. This seemed like a good solution until we realized that it was not. It was rusted beyond repair. I was offered my money back. After a conversation with Robertâ s owner (Jim) I soon realized that the better option was to remove the finial and put a copper cap as a replacement. The finial was carefully removed and placed in the yard. I may make it into a lawn ornament at some point. Now the roof looks great with a beautiful Coppertop and my repair is guaranteed for 40 years. Life is good, especially with the financing option of zero interest for one year.
