Tree Removal
Did not feel they were very professioal. We were given a general estimate of what job would cost, when work was done, they went over by 40%. Crew left our project and went to neighbors to take down a tree for them. Damage was done to our fence and gate post during tree removal. Clean up was very poor. Yard was left in very bad condition. It had just rained before they started stump removal, leaving large ruts in grass. The boys, who did the work were courteous, but it would have been nice to discuss job with an adult.

Overall I was very pleased with Roberts Nursery. The work was completed quickly and looks very nice. The quality of the work is fair for the price although.

He responded fast to the call but a little slow on getting back out to cut the tree down. He said he would be back sometime during the week. It ended up being Saturday when he came, so I had to cancel other plans so I could be home. Price was fair. Overall I would use his company again.

I called for snowplowing which I needed the same day on a Sunday because my snowblower broke. Nathan, the son of the owner, showed up at 9:00pm! No other companies would take my business. He was a very polite and nice young man. I highly recommend this company!
