Great response, quick and thorough.

My project involved deck railing replacement, some carpentry, some wiring and plumbing repairs, Sheetrock repairs and total interior painting on a house to be sold. It now looks new. One other plus - Hugo personally answered his phone when I called, every time, and once when he was going to run late for a meeting at the site, he gave me a courtesy call in plenty of time for the twenty minute delay! Rare in my experience. Yes, I’ll use him again.

A little messy but they got the work done timely and efficiently. Will continue to use them.

Hugo was very easy going. He worked around our schedule. He was very professional, polite, eager to please. He met us at Home Depot and showed us what we needed to purchase. He is very reasonable priced. We would differently ask for his help again. I highly recommend him. Thanks Hugo for the great job you did.

Hugo came to give an estimate of the work to repair 2 wood panels on my kitchen floor. He was scheduled to return the next day to do the work, but when I called him he said he could not come and rescheduled again for Saturday at 9:00. At 9:15, I called to see if he was on his way and he said he was 20 minutes away. He never showed up at all. I have a Open House tomorrow with a floor needing repair. Phone call to your main office yielded no recourse. Very disappointed with Home Advisor and your service.

They charged me for some of their tools as part of the materials. They accidentally left the Home Depot receipt. That's how I found out. The tools were about $25. I don't have any way of knowing if they used all the materials they charged me for. I asked them several times for an itemized receipt of the work performed and did not receive it. They only sent me the original invoice with paid marked on it . Bottom line: I would not trust them do anything else for me.

Hugo was very professional. He finished a tile project that my husband started. The finished work looks very nice. I will hire Roberts remodeling again for other work.

Customer Service : Always showed up on time with a text beforehand. Always available for questions. Work Quality: Just wow. I originally only hired to install base trim in my basement but after seeing the quality; i hired him for the base trim, install 5 interior doors, window trim, bathroom floor ceramic tile/grout, and remodeled the entire basement staircase. I am seriously impressed with the vast knowledge of Hugo. Not your typical 'handyman'. Value for Money: Very fair pricing.

I think they are a little pricey.
